Exercise makes me keep healthy


It has been two months since I have joined the sports gym, aim skyship. Three times a week, until now about 20 times in total. I can certainly feel that it makes me healthy to do exercise every other day.
At the beginning when I joined the club, I remembered very well that it was difficult for me to handle 35 kilograms. But now, I have got used to it. Yesterday, I swan for several hundred meters and ran for 5 kilometers and also did some exercise. It’s important that I did not feel too tired although I did so much sports. I have shown one photo of me but it’s forbidden to take more photos when we do sports.
